Refund policy

 

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. 

If 14 days have gone since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 If the item is not faulty then the buyer must organise item postage and cover return costs.
If item is faulty, than UppyBags  covers postage costs. 
We accept only unused and undamaged items for full refund or exchange if item is not faulty.

Please cover full price of the item when you buy your shipping for return. UppyBags is not taking responsibility for security of your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@uppybags.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Your statutory rights are, of course, not affected, and in the unlikely event that an item is defective or is not as specified in your order acknowledgement, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, at your option.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@uppybags.com and send your item to:
